3rd Technical Meeting of the project SMiLe

The 3^rd Technical Meeting of the project SMiLe took place in the Municipal Council Hall of Didymoteicho on Thursday 6^th of December 2018.

The meeting that was organized by the 4^th Health District of Macedonia – Thrace lead beneficiary of the project. The meeting was attended by representatives of the following beneficiary organizations:

• 4th Health District of Macedonia – Thrace
• Aristotle University of Thessaloniki – Departments of Medicine & Civil Engineering
• Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment of Ardino
• National Emergency Aid Center

Each beneficiary presented the progress for each of its actions and working packages, while beneficiaries coordinated the next implementation steps with regard to the joint project activities. In particular, beneficiaries planned their next steps for the completion of the accessibility assessment of Primary Health Care provision sites, the actions for Primary Health Care Professionals capacity building, and the development of a citizens’ oriented Primary Health Care Governance Plan. Finally, budgetary data were presenting and particularly data concerning the implementation progress for the previous period, as well as the respective estimations for the following months.
