On June 26, 2019 at Municipal Museum – Ardino was held an Information Day on “Primary Care Aid for All”. During the event, a presentation of the project was made by Mr. Efstratios Plomaritis, Director of 4th Health District of Macedonia and Thrace, Lead Beneficiary of project Smile. Additionally, it was presented and discussed the access of disabled persons to Primary Healthcare. Lecturers of the event were also Prof. Alexis Benos and Assist. Prof. Emmanouil Smyrnakis from the School of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Finally, the primary healthcare in Bulgaria was presented – outlook and perspectives.
The event was attended by 68 participants from Ardino and the region, representatives of municipal authorities, educational institutions, citizens.
